Nonoc Caves Borbon Cebu
Nonoc Cave is located in the hills of Barangay Cadaruhan, Borbon Cebu. It is known to be a hiding place of the Japanese soldiers during the Second World War.
* Borbon evolved from a small settlement founded by a man named as Silomogue
* Itwas established in 1692.
* According to Jaime Picornell, Honorary Spanish Consul to Cebu, the name Borbon could have come from the House of Bourbon, a royal family which ruled France, Spain, Sicily, Maples, Lucca and Parina, and from which the Bourbon dynasty was established during the time of Philip V in 1700 in Spain.
